Provo Topsoil Delivery
Top Soil Delivery
Screened top soil that comes out of old farm lands. We screen our soil down to 3/8ths inch. Perfect for prepping for sod. If you are working with a garden, this works but our garden soil is recommended.
Equipment Rentals
When you get a bunch of material delivered, it’s important to have the right equipment to get it moved. We have all the equipment you need to move all the products we sell and more.
Sod Delivery
We sell freshly cut Kentucky Blue Grass Sod. Our sod is bred to be drought resistant and has a dark shade of green to make sure your lawn looks premium without the premium cost.
Garden Soil Delivery
Our garden soil is a mix of topsoil, sand, ground up plant based compost and black pete moss. This is a great mix for soil because the sand keeps the material nice and fluffy, the compost adds in lots of nutrients and the black pete moss brings down the PH of the soil to make sure your plants thrive.
Fill Dirt Delivery
This is our cheapest product. Fill dirt is used when fixing grades, typically over 6 inches. Fill dirt has dirt, rocks and dirt clods in it. Some people call topsoil fill dirt, so be careful that you need rocks in your product. Rocks give more structure when filling in grades and holes.
Gravel Delivery
Gravel comes in all shapes and sizes. Whether you need a standard 3/4 rock or something more specialized product for your job, we have it all!
Decorative Rock Delivery
Looking to make your garden beds last for years to come? Rock is a great way to make your beds shine while keeping the weeds down. Pricing varies greatly on the different kinds of rock here. These are more premium types of rock compared to regular gravel.
Road Base Delivery
Road base is a great product if you need stuff that packs down tight. Whether you need state spec, recycled concrete or just commercial base, we have all the types of road base you need.
Mulch Delivery
Mulch is a blessing from the heavens. Mulch not only makes your garden beds look nice and neat, it also keeps the weeds down by shading the ground. Don’t forget as the mulch breaks down it also gives nutrients to plants.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Thick Does My Topsoil Need To Be?
Obviously, every job is different, but it’s best to separate by new builds and existing homes. New builds need more soil as you do not have any topsoil. 3–4 inches is pretty standard on new builds, even going up to 6 inches if you have room. The more topsoil, the better. After 6 inches, though, it’s a little overkill in our opinion. On existing homes, 1–2 inches pretty normal. Need help measuring? Click the link below.
Sprinklers or Topsoil First?
This is a very common mistake homeowners make. Under most circumstances, sprinklers go first. The main exception to this is if you are still working on your rough grade and you want to do it the same time as your topsoil to save on trucking and equipment costs, not a bad idea. The reason we do sprinklers first is when you trench for sprinklers, you rip up your ground and bring up a bunch of rocks. If you bring up a bunch of rocks after you have put down a bunch of screened topsoil, ads a lot of extra work.
Rough Grade vs Final Grade
Rough grade is the grade you have when you are ready for sprinklers. Final grade means you are ready for sod. If you have a steep grade away from your house you want to correct before you sod goes in, this is fixing your rough grade. Rough grades are typically fixed with fill dirt. Fill dirt has rocks in it. Your final grade is done with screened topsoil. After topsoil, you are sod ready.
How Fast Do I Install Sod After Topsoil?
Sooner the better but I would’t rush it. Do not get topsoil and sod the same day unless you really know what you are doing and have a good sized crew. We typically like to install sod on top of prepped soil within a week. The longer you wait, you will have to touch up the topsoil a little bit so it stays nice and even. People walking in the yard, wind and rain all effect your topsoil. After you put topsoil down, turn the sprinklers on. This will compact your topsoil the perfect amount so it sits down and isn’t so fluffy.
Can You Dump Your Truck In The Yard?
The easy answer, yes. Just understand that a truck fully loaded is about 60,000 pounds. We have you sign a liability form before driving on the property. We have absolutely broken concrete before. If you are using skid steer (bobcat) it’s typically best to keep it off of concrete so you don’t scrape your concrete with the bucket.
Do You Guys Offer Labor Packages?
We do offer labor packages. We do everything between white glove services to renting out equipment to have you to do it yourself. Furthermore, we try and be flexible as possible to make sure you get the perfect package for you.
